About

I’m Stacey Renata.

My work is about self-awareness, honest expression and discovering the freedom that comes from taking responsibility for your own choices.

I haven’t always lived the life I wanted.

Over years of questioning my beliefs, facing uncomfortable truths, learning to express myself and following what felt true, I’ve discovered how much can change when we’re willing to look within.

The deeper I’ve explored who I am, the more I’ve realised there’s no end to what I can discover about myself.

And what I’ve discovered within myself has changed the way I experience the world around me.

I don’t walk into a room the way I once did. I no longer feel the need to shrink myself to make other people comfortable. I’ve developed a confidence in who I am that doesn’t depend on everyone else’s approval.

And that changes things.

It changes the choices I’m willing to make, the opportunities I’m willing to explore, the people I connect with and what I’m prepared to accept in my life.

I’ve taken chances. I’ve followed my curiosity. I’ve stepped into the unknown simply because something within me wanted to discover what was possible.

It’s part of why we chose to live in a house bus, then build a cabin and create a life on our own terms. It hasn’t always been easy or conventional, but it’s ours. And I’ve learned so much about myself through the experience.

I’ve also learned to trust my intuition. To recognise when something feels right for me, even when I can’t explain exactly why. And to have the courage to act on that knowing.

I believe that as we become more aware of ourselves, question what we’ve been taught and release what no longer belongs, our energy changes. We begin to carry ourselves differently, make different choices and become more open to people and opportunities that align with who we are.

And something else I’ve come to recognise is that the way I treat myself sets the standard for how I allow myself to be treated by others.

That doesn’t mean I control how other people behave. It means I have a choice in what I accept, what I participate in and how I respond.

And I’m still discovering. Still questioning. Still learning. Still stepping into the unknown.

Because this isn’t about arriving at some finished version of myself.

It’s about having the courage to keep discovering who I am, and living what I discover.

Life is constantly giving us opportunities to see ourselves more clearly.

The question is whether we’re willing to look.

My role isn’t to give you the answers.

I’m not here to tell you who you are, what you should feel or how you should live your life.

I’m here to ask questions. To offer reflections. To challenge you to look at things you may not have considered before.

When something comes up for you, I’ll help you explore it. Not by telling you what it means, but by guiding you towards the questions you can begin asking yourself.

Because there’s something powerful about reaching your own awareness. About recognising something within yourself that nobody else had to point out or explain.

That’s where the empowerment lies. Not in someone else giving you the answers, but in discovering your own ability to find them.
