The More In You

What happens when you give yourself permission to be honest?

This will be uncomfortable.
That’s the point.

One honest evening, online, where you get to be part of your own story again.

Thursday 10 December - 7:00pm NZ

Online via Zoom · 90 minutes · A small group of 8–12 women · $20

Somewhere along the way, you got quiet. You second-guess yourself now, in ways you didn’t used to. You talk yourself out of things before you’ve even started. There’s a small voice that wonders, when no one’s around to hear it, whether you’re really enough. Whether you’ve left it too late. Whether this is just how it is now.

But you know something else is true, even if you’d never say it out loud. There’s more in you than you let anyone see. More you want to say, more you’re capable of, more you could be if you weren’t holding so much of yourself back. The wanting never left you. You just learned to keep it quiet.

And here’s the part you already know, even if you avoid it: none of this is hidden from you. You feel it. You’ve just gotten good at looking past your own truth, the painful parts and the brilliant ones both. Nothing shifts while you keep avoiding it. It starts the moment you admit it, honestly, to yourself. Then you work through it. And on the other side of that, in the understanding you come to, is where you finally start moving toward what you actually want. Toward more of yourself, not less.

What it is

The More in You is one evening, online, with a small group of women who quietly get it. There’ll be a theme, and everyone will be asked to take part. Nothing heavy, and nothing you have to confess.

Just gentle questions, answered honestly. I know even that can feel like a lot when you’re used to holding back, and I won’t pretend otherwise. But that discomfort is the doorway, and no one does it alone. Every woman in the room is in exactly the same position, feeling the same thing.

It’s 90 minutes of the deeper work you’d do in my eight-week course, so you can feel what it’s really like before you decide to go further.

What you’ll walk away with

You’ll have taken a brave action toward understanding yourself, which is no small thing. You’ll have moved through something you haven’t done before, and moving through the thing you’d normally avoid is what starts to loosen the habit of staying quiet.

You’ll come away more aware of yourself: the patterns and the feelings where you quietly hold yourself back, and some of the things you’ve been avoiding about who you are and what’s been keeping you playing small. You’ll have sat in a room that works like a mirror, where being honest with yourself is met by other women being just as honest.

None of that is the finish line, and I won’t pretend it is. Some of what surfaces will be tender. But seeing it clearly is where everything starts, and the good news is there’s a way through it. That’s the work I take women deeper into in my eight-week course.

This is where it begins.

Let me be straight with you

Here’s the honest part. This will feel uncomfortable.

You’ll be saying a sentence or two out loud when you’d normally stay quiet, and being looked at when you’re usually the one making sure everyone else is okay. I won’t pretend that’s nothing. But the discomfort isn’t a warning sign. It’s the point. It’s the edge where the thing you’ve been holding finally gets to move. You won’t be put on the spot, you won’t be made to perform, and you won’t do it on your own, because I go first, every time. I can’t promise you comfort. I can promise you honesty.

One evening, twenty dollars, come exactly as you are.

Who goes first

I’m Stace. I’ve spent years helping women say the things they’d learned to keep quiet, and I know it from the inside, because for a long time I kept mine quiet too.

I’ve since changed my whole life. Not by becoming someone new, but by letting go of the version I’d built around everyone else’s expectations, releasing what held me back, and building a life that’s true to who I actually am, aligned with my soul rather than the shape I thought I was meant to fit.

I won’t ask you to do anything I’m not willing to do first. In here, I always go first.
