The Unedited Life
What becomes possible when you stop holding so much of yourself back?
There are things we think but don’t say. Feelings we question. Beliefs we’ve carried so long we forget they’re beliefs. And sometimes we don’t realise how much of ourselves we’re holding back until we begin to explore it.
It takes courage to look at yourself honestly. These small-group experiences offer a supportive, non-judgemental space to do just that. To question, express, explore and discover more of yourself.
Not through someone telling you who you are. Through your own experience.

Does the thought of expressing yourself in front of others make you uncomfortable?
Good. Let’s get curious about that.
Is it the fear of being judged, misunderstood or seen? And where else does that fear show up? In conversations you avoid, things you never ask for or opportunities you talk yourself out of?
Imagine how much of yourself you might be holding back without even realising it.
You don’t have to arrive confident or know exactly what to say. You won’t be pushed to share anything you’re not ready to share. But you will be invited to explore what holds you back, and to practise something different.
Because expression isn’t just about speaking in a group. It’s about what becomes possible when fear no longer makes so many of your decisions for you.
Expression is an act of self-love.
I believe love is giving attention without needing a reason. Self-love begins when you offer that attention to yourself, including the parts you’d rather avoid. Through expression, listening and reflection, you can begin to notice what you’ve been carrying, question what still feels true and release what no longer serves you.
This isn’t a group where we give each other advice or try to fix one another. We learn to express, listen and witness. I’ll guide the exploration with questions and reflections, helping you discover your own awareness rather than handing you answers.

“Outwardly my life looks the same, but within myself I’m in a much more expansive space. I’m freer and more confident in who I am.”
Kiri T, New Zealand
“My mental health was fragile and I was in a very delicate state... Before long, I realised I was beginning to reclaim my life. I felt seen, heard, and accepted as I was.”
Teresa T, Australia
What being part of the group looks like
Eight weeks online with approximately eight women; weekly facilitated sessions with carefully chosen prompts; a private Facebook group to continue the conversation; regular journalling and guided self-inquiry; and individual guidance woven into the group where needed.
You’ll be asked to turn up, participate, listen and stay curious about what comes up between sessions. You don’t need perfect words, but you do need a willingness to explore.
This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about discovering more of who you already are and finding the courage to live it.
