1. Welcome

Welcome to the website of Stacey Renata and The Unedited Life.

By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the website.

Additional terms may apply when you enquire about, enrol in or purchase a programme or experience. Any specific enrolment terms will be provided before you commit to a booking or payment.

2. About the work

Stacey offers guided self-awareness, personal exploration, group experiences and related resources. Services may include online group programmes, private mentoring and workshops.

The website describes the experiences currently offered or being developed. Availability, dates, times, prices, group sizes and programme details may vary and will be confirmed before enrolment.

Where information is marked as provisional or subject to confirmation, it should not be treated as a confirmed booking offer.

3. Personal development, not therapy

Stacey’s work focuses on self-awareness, honest expression, reflection and personal exploration. It is not a clinical or medical service, and it is not a substitute for medical care, psychological treatment, counselling or other professional health services.

What changes for you depends on what you bring to it. Every person’s experience is their own, and the work you do and the choices you make are yours. That is where the change comes from.

If you need professional health or mental-health support, please seek it from an appropriately qualified provider.

4. Participation and personal responsibility

This work asks a lot of you. Participation means sharing openly and honestly, listening, reflecting, and looking at beliefs and patterns you may have kept to yourself for a long time. That is how the change happens.

Each participant is expected to show up fully, speak honestly and respect the space and the other participants in it. What you share, and when, is your decision, but this experience is designed for people who are ready to bring all of themselves to it. If you’re not sure you are ready, talk with Stacey before enrolling.

You are responsible for considering whether this experience is right for your circumstances and for seeking any additional support you need.

5. Respect, trust and confidentiality in groups

Group experiences work when every person comes in open, honest and ready to fully receive what others share. Other participants’ insights will teach you a lot about yourself, and yours will do the same for them.

Participants are expected to:

  • Treat every person with respect and without judgement.

  • Respect different experiences, perspectives and boundaries.

  • Never share another participant’s story, name or identifying details outside the group.

  • Follow reasonable instructions relating to the safe and appropriate running of online sessions and private group spaces.

Confidentiality is a two-way trust. You are trusting the other participants with what you share, and they are trusting you with theirs. Learning to trust, and to be trusted, is part of the work.

If something goes wrong

If you have a concern about another participant, please tell Stacey privately. Every concern is taken seriously and handled discreetly.

If a participant breaks the confidentiality agreement, or behaves in a way that harms other participants or the group, Stacey will act. Depending on how serious it is, she may speak with the person privately or remove them from the group. If someone is removed, the programme fee is not refunded, subject to any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Stacey holds this agreement firmly, but she cannot guarantee how every participant behaves.

6. Online access and third-party platforms

Some experiences are delivered online using third-party services such as Zoom, a private Facebook group and Messenger.

You are responsible for having a suitable internet connection, a compatible device and any account required to access the relevant service.

A Facebook account is required to take part in Stacey’s group programmes. The private participant group and group communication run through Facebook and Messenger. You do not need to be Facebook friends with Stacey or other participants.

Third-party platforms operate under their own terms, privacy policies and technical arrangements. Stacey cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to services controlled by third parties.

If a technical issue affects a scheduled session, Stacey will communicate any reasonable arrangements for addressing it, subject to the relevant programme terms and applicable law.

Information about session recordings is in the Privacy Policy.

7. Bookings, prices and payment

The price, dates, timetable, payment arrangements and other material details of a paid experience will be communicated before enrolment is confirmed.

For the eight-week founding round, the published planning details are:

  • Total investment: NZD $550.

  • Deposit: NZD $150.

  • Instalment option: four weekly payments of NZD $100, with the payment dates agreed before enrolment.

  • Alternative arrangements may be considered by agreement and confirmed in writing.

All prices are stated in New Zealand dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Participants paying from Australia or another country may incur currency conversion or international transaction fees set by their bank or payment provider.

A place is confirmed according to the enrolment and payment arrangements communicated to you. Any alternative payment plan must be agreed in writing before the enrolment is finalised.

Do not make a payment until the relevant programme details, payment schedule and applicable cancellation and refund terms have been provided.

8. Cancellations, withdrawals and refunds

Cancellations, withdrawals, missed sessions, transfers and refunds are addressed in the separate Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Please read that policy before enrolling in a paid experience.

The applicable policy and any written enrolment terms will be provided before you commit. If a term conflicts with a mandatory legal right, the applicable legal right prevails.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Programme changes and availability

Stacey will make reasonable efforts to provide experiences as described at enrolment.

Where changes to a timetable, session arrangement or programme detail become necessary, Stacey will communicate relevant information to participants and explain any available options.

If Stacey cancels a programme or cannot supply an agreed service, any remedies, refunds or other arrangements will be handled in accordance with the applicable enrolment terms and consumer law.

No provision in these terms is intended to exclude a remedy required by law.

10. Website content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website’s written content, programme materials, branding, graphics, photographs and other original materials are owned by Stacey or used with permission.

You may access the website and use its content for your own personal, non-commercial information.

You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, adapt or commercially exploit website content or programme materials without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Participation in a programme does not transfer ownership of Stacey’s intellectual property to you.

You retain any rights you have in your own original material, subject to any separate agreement and applicable law.

You must not record, screenshot or share sessions, recordings, group posts or programme materials. This protects Stacey’s work and the privacy of every participant.

11. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purposes.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems or other users’ information.

  • Interfere with the website’s security or operation.

  • Copy, misuse or exploit website content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

  • Submit content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive or otherwise inappropriate.

Stacey may take reasonable steps to protect the website and its users where these terms are breached.

12. Website information and external links

The website is intended to provide information about Stacey’s work and the experiences available.

Reasonable care will be taken to keep information accurate and current. However, information may change, and not every page will necessarily reflect the latest availability or arrangements at all times.

Where information is important to a booking decision, please confirm it directly with Stacey before committing.

Links to external websites or platforms are provided for convenience. Stacey does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices.

13. Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Subject to those rights, Stacey is not responsible for circumstances outside her reasonable control, including disruptions to third-party platforms, internet connectivity or a participant’s own equipment.

Nothing in these terms is intended to excuse a failure to provide an agreed service or to limit liability where such limitation would be unlawful.

14. Privacy

Personal information collected through this website and in connection with Stacey’s services is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Please read that policy to understand what information may be collected, how it is used and how to make a privacy request.

15. Changes to these terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated when the website, services or applicable requirements change.

The current version will be published on this page with its updated date. Any specific terms already agreed for a booking will be handled in accordance with those terms and applicable law.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law. If you live in Australia or another country, any consumer rights you have under your own country’s law that cannot be excluded still apply.
