Work with me

You don’t have to know exactly where you’re going. But you do have to be willing to explore.

There’s a difference between wanting something to change and being willing to discover what that change might ask of you.

My work invites you to look within. To become curious about your beliefs, your reactions, your fears and the parts of yourself you’ve learned to hold back. To question the stories you’ve come to believe about yourself and discover more of the truth of who you are, beyond everything you’ve learned you should be.

Because this work isn’t simply about changing your circumstances. It’s about changing your relationship with yourself, and how that changes the way you experience everything else.

As you begin to trust yourself more deeply, you can find the confidence to speak honestly, make courageous choices and create healthier relationships. To feel less confined by the judgement of others and more empowered to live life on your own terms.

The freedom to be fully, unapologetically yourself.

The Unedited Room

Thursdays · 8 pm NZ time · 30 minutes

Some things deserve a conversation beyond a social media post.

Every Thursday, I go live to explore something real. The beliefs we’ve carried without questioning. The parts of ourselves we’ve learned to hold back. The things we feel but don’t always know how to express.

Not a lecture. Not a performance. Just a real conversation.

Just honest conversations that might get you looking at yourself, your life and what’s possible a little differently.

You can join the conversation or simply listen. There’s no pressure to participate.

Come as you are.

Going Deeper: The Three-Month Journey

Three months · Dates to be confirmed

For women ready to commit to a deeper exploration of themselves, this three-month experience brings together self-awareness, practical tools, intuitive questioning and real-life action.

With ongoing group connection, teaching and guidance, you’ll have the opportunity to challenge familiar patterns, build greater self-trust and bring what you’re discovering into everyday life.

Because knowing yourself is one thing. Living what you know is another.

What becomes possible when you stop holding so much of yourself back?

There are things we think but don't say. Feelings we question. Beliefs we've carried so long we forget they're beliefs. And sometimes we don't realise how much of ourselves we're holding back until we begin to explore it.

Over eight weeks, you'll join a small group of women practising honest expression, deeper self-awareness and the courage to show up more fully as themselves. Not through someone telling you who you are. Through your own experience.

Does the thought of expressing yourself in front of others make you uncomfortable?

Good. Let's get curious about that.

Is it the fear of being judged, misunderstood or seen? And where else does that fear show up? In conversations you avoid, things you never ask for or opportunities you talk yourself out of?

Imagine how much of yourself you might be holding back without even realising it.

You don't have to arrive confident or know exactly what to say. You won't be pushed to share anything you're not ready to share. But you will be invited to explore what holds you back, and to practise something different.

Because expression isn't just about speaking in a group. It's about what becomes possible when fear no longer makes so many of your decisions for you.

Expression is an act of self-love.

I believe love is giving attention without needing a reason. Self-love begins when you offer that attention to yourself, including the parts you'd rather avoid. Through expression, listening and reflection, you can begin to notice what you've been carrying, question what still feels true and release what no longer serves you.

This isn't a group where we give each other advice or try to fix one another. We learn to express, listen and witness. I'll guide the exploration with questions and reflections, helping you discover your own awareness rather than handing you answers.

What being part of the group looks like

Eight weeks online with approximately eight women; weekly facilitated sessions with carefully chosen prompts; a private Facebook group to continue the conversation; regular journalling and guided self-inquiry; and individual guidance woven into the group where needed.

You'll be asked to turn up, participate, listen and stay curious about what comes up between sessions. You don't need perfect words, but you do need a willingness to explore.

This isn't about becoming someone new. It's about discovering more of who you already are and finding the courage to live it.

Knowing yourself is one thing. Having the courage to live what you discover is another.

For women ready to take that exploration further, there's a deeper three-month group experience, built around learning to consciously create a life that reflects who you truly are. Values, intuition, energy and the questions you may have been avoiding.

The more you embrace who you are, the more your world opens up.

Private Mentoring

Occasionally, I work one-to-one with women who are looking for a more personal space to explore what's coming up in their lives.

These opportunities are very limited, as my focus is currently on bringing women together through my group experiences.

If you feel drawn to working with me privately, you're welcome to reach out and start a conversation.

Questions women often ask

  • Yes. I work with women across Aotearoa, Australia and beyond.

Our weekly group sessions are held live on Zoom, so you'll need an internet connection and a quiet, private space where you can participate comfortably.

I also have a private Facebook group where we stay connected, share reflections and ask questions between sessions. You'll need a Facebook account to access this space, but if you don't already have one, you can set one up before we begin.

  • No, although this work can feel deeply therapeutic. Things from your past may surface, giving you opportunities to see and understand yourself more clearly.

This isn't a clinical process. It's guided self-awareness and personal exploration, supported by tools, honest conversations and reflection.

The intention is to help you recognise what has shaped you, question and release what no longer serves you, and consciously choose how you want to live.

This work isn't a substitute for therapy or mental-health care. If I feel you'd benefit from additional professional support, I'll be honest with you about that.

  • Each week, we meet live on Zoom in a small circle of women, with the session time agreed upon to best suit the group.

Between sessions, we stay connected through our private Facebook group, where you can share reflections, ask questions and continue exploring what's coming up for you.

You'll be encouraged to use your voice, participate and explore honestly, but you'll never be forced to share something you're not ready to.

Respect and confidentiality are part of how we work together. What's shared within the group stays within the group, and we agree to honour that from our very first session.

The one thing I ask is commitment. Showing up each week is a commitment to yourself and to the women sharing this experience with you.

Life happens, and sometimes you may not be able to attend. All I ask is that you communicate with the group and make every effort to be present.

Because being there, doing the work together, is where so much of the value lies.

  • That's more than okay. You don't need to have all the answers before you begin.

Sometimes it's through asking questions and exploring what comes up that you begin to recognise what you need.

If you're curious but unsure where to start, you're welcome to reach out. We can have a conversation about which experience might be right for you.

  • It's completely natural to feel nervous about stepping into something unfamiliar, especially when it involves looking at yourself honestly and being around women you haven't met before.

You don't need to arrive confident, outspoken or knowing exactly what to say.

You're encouraged to participate, but you'll never be pressured to share something you're not ready to.

All I ask is that you come with an open mind, a willingness to explore and respect for the other women in the room.

  • Places are limited to eight women per group, so your enrolment is a commitment to both yourself and the group.

A $150 deposit secures your place, with flexible payment options available. Because places are limited, cancellation and refund conditions apply.

I understand that life can change unexpectedly. If something comes up that affects your ability to participate, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can discuss your circumstances.

Full details are provided before you confirm your enrolment.

Other Ways to Begin...

Alongside the group journeys, there are a couple of lighter ways in. Both are promoted mainly through social media rather than living here permanently.

If something in you is saying yes...

You don't have to be certain. You just have to be a little curious about who you are underneath everything you've been.
