Workshop Booking & Refund Terms

These terms cover bookings for The More in You, Stacey’s $20 online workshop. They sit alongside the website’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. The workshop
The More in You is a live online workshop of about 90 minutes, run on Zoom, on New Zealand time. The date and time are shown on the booking page. Places are limited to keep the group small.
2. Booking and payment
The workshop costs NZD $20, paid in full when you book. Your place is confirmed once payment is received, and you’ll get a confirmation email with your Zoom link.
If you pay from outside New Zealand, your bank or payment provider may add currency conversion or international transaction fees. These are not included in the NZD $20.
3. If you can’t make it
The $20 fee is not refundable. If you can’t come, you have two options:

Give your place to someone else. Send Stacey their name and email so she can send them the link.

Move to the next workshop. Your place is moved to the next scheduled workshop date, once only.
Either way, please let Stacey know at least 48 hours before the workshop starts. With less notice, the place can’t be passed on or moved.
The workshop is not recorded, so there is no replay if you miss it.
4. If Stacey cancels or changes the date
If not enough people book, Stacey may decide to run the workshop as planned or move it to a new date.
If Stacey cancels the workshop or moves it to a new date, you can choose either a full refund or a place at the new date.
5. Joining on the day
You’ll need a device with a camera, a reliable internet connection and the Zoom app or browser link. Please join a few minutes early, from somewhere private, with your camera on.
6. Respect and confidentiality
The workshop asks you to come in open and honest, and to fully receive what others share. Everyone agrees not to share another participant’s story, name or identifying details outside the workshop.
If you have a concern about another participant, please tell Stacey privately. Every concern is taken seriously and handled discreetly.
If someone breaks this agreement, or behaves in a way that harms other participants or the group, Stacey may remove them from the workshop. No refund is given in that case.
7. Personal development, not therapy
This workshop is personal development. It is not counselling, therapy or a medical service. What you take from it depends on what you bring to it.
8. Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986, the Australian Consumer Law, or any consumer law in your own country that cannot be excluded.
